Ordering & Payment
Order Processing
- Order confirmation will be sent via email once your order is placed.
- Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other supported payment methods.
Pricing
- All prices are listed in CAD.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been delivered, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refund Policy
- Shipping fees are refundable only if the issue is due to our error.
- Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted.
- Non-perishable specialty gift items may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging.

Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas
We offer hand-delivery within Barrie, Ontario, and surrounding areas. Delivery availability is based on postal code and recipient address.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location. Any applicable free local delivery will be applied at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for next-day delivery.
- Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Holiday & Peak Period Deliveries
During high-volume floral holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, delivery times are not guaranteed. We recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance.
Recipient Responsibility & Redelivery
Accurate Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details, including full name, correct address, and a valid contact phone number.
Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery driver may leave the flowers in a safe location, with a neighbor, or attempt to contact the sender or recipient.
Redelivery Fees
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or no safe delivery option, an additional redelivery fee may apply.
